BREATHWORK

Is a therapeutic and meditative breathing technique meant to assist you with emotional coping and personal growth.  Sessions range from 45 - 120 minutes while laying down. You are guided on a journey to explore the relationship to yourself and others, as well as expand beyond perceived limitations and free yourself from conscious barriers.  You will leave feeling lighter, softer, more open and connected to your own power. 


Breathing is also the most detoxifying thing we can do.   When we breathe properly we activate better functioning of the body, and soon find out that our whole body has been waiting to celebrate more oxygen.


People have practiced Breathwork to:

There are many reasons people seek  breathwork.  You don't have to be at rockbottom to benefit from this modality, just willing to love, hold, and honor the aspects of self that may come up with you begin to engage with the breath intentionally.  I would be honored to help you explore the depths of who you are.

Breathe For Resilience

Resilience

The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.


This workshop is an opportunity to connect to your inner strength. A chance to see your challenges, pain, and anger as necessary experiences designed to usher us towards expansion. 


During our time together we will have a brief discussion on resilience and my interpretations on how to best build it. Followed by an introduction to Breathwork for those new to the practice, a grounding meditation, then 50 minutes of Breathwork, and a chance to integrate or share your experiences at the end.
